Treatments & Drugs - Anti-inflammatory medication (Corticosteroid eye drops, injections into the eye, or a device that is implanted into your eye [releases medication into your eye for about 2 1/2 years]) - Antibiotic or Antiviral Medication - Immunosuppressive or Cell-Destroying (cytotoxic) medication (May be necessary if your uveitis doesn't respond well to corticosteroid or becomes severe enough to threaten your vision.) - Surgery
